Jane Fonda is guilty of Treason against the United States of America.
I concluded this on my own from things seen through out that period of history, tv and verbal talks with those who where there, years before this book came to be.

Decades later, she somehow is still 'in the biz'.
I say strip her of US citizenship that the very least.

Finally, this book is a final proof of the crimes committed by her, during the Vietnam War.

Can her crimes still be punishable even 30+ years late? Yes, there is no statute of limitation for Treason.
There is only one punishment defined in the US Constitution for treason... death.
I say Hell Ya, terminate "the bitch".

She is comparable to 'Tokyo Rose' and 'Axis Sally', both of which were convicted of treason for the exact same actions that Fonda took.

Why wasn't she prosecuted back then?
The Government must make the first step in the prosecution. It cannot be done by those having grievances.

The quick summary is: The justice department, with corersion from the Nixon Administration, was forced to whitewash the case, to protect certain highly placed people in the American government.  Ramsey Clark, is one of those people being protected... A former Attorney General of the US.

Now that most of the protected members from the Nixon Admin are dead, there can't be an objection to the prosecution of 'Hanoi Jane'.

One thing to note: The story of Jane getting a list of prisoners during a meeting, and giving that list to the enemy, subsequently resulting in the beating of prisoners... IS NOT TRUE. 

This comes right from the mouth of the person who supposedly gave that list to Jane. Even with this one story being publically dismissed by the eye witness & participant, it does not diminish the evil nature of Jane and her actions against the US and her support of the North Vietnamese during a time of war.

If you say.. there was never a formal declaration of war, so she can't be guilty of treason... well then know that the last official declaration was for WWii and there will never be another formal declaration, with the current war powers limits of the US President to do as he pleases for a limited timeframe.
