If you are new to the Windows operating system, here are some viewing tips for just about any website.

1 - If the text is too small or large, change it!

        Using Internet Exploder...
        Easily done if you have a wheel mouse, by holding the CTRL key and rolling the wheel up or down.

        Or manually by pressing the ALT+V and then X key, then selecting the size wanted.

2 - Change the graphics display area of your monitor.  This will change the size of both text & images you see.

        On the "desktop" page, click the RIGHT mouse button, select Properties and a menu window will appear.
        Then click the Settings Tab at the top right, and then alter the screen area with the moving bar in the lower right section.

3 - Change the level of colors displayed.. 2, 16, 256 or bunches more.

        Follow step 2, but select the Colors section, seen at the left of the moving bar.
